      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Angi (New York, NY) in Nov 2015

      Interview

First received a call from the HR rep. The usual 20 minute phone screening of going over your background, and then a brief overview of the company. After that, I was invited to come to the office for an in-person interview about a week later. There I met with the HR rep, then 2 different managers who asked different questions. Very nice people. Once I got the offer, you are required to undergo a 4 week training process where you are required to get 7 sales before you are officially placed on the sales floor.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Angi (Golden, CO) in Sep 2018

      Interview

There's a first interview, then a second interview and soon after that you'll soon find out whether you'll be receiving a job offer. It a very relaxed with no pressure from management during the process.

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Angi in Feb 2018

      Interview

Had a brief phone interview, then a week later met with the HR person first for about 30 minutes and went over basic employment history. Then two managers came in and questioned me for about two hours. It was a little intimidating at first and I felt kind of ganged up on, but I understand they were just trying to make sure I was aware of what the job was and that I was equipped for the role. They asked me to go through a lot of my sales background and role play what that process was like. They asked a lot of questions about how I've dealt with stress, pressure, deadlines etc. in the past. Basically I went back and forth between being terrified of the role and also being excited about it, based on what they were saying. They were super nice and in the end said that they wouldn't have spent that much time with me if they didn't think I'd be a good fit. They did make an offer the next day, however I did not take it.

      Online Marketing Consultant Interview

      No offer
      Negative experience

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Angi

      Interview

Initial interview with Recruiter. Later, interviewed in person with Recruiter and Director. The interview was very long. It seemed pleasant, yet that was misleading. My background is Marketing, PR and Sales. At first, I was worried that I was overqualified. However, I did not get the job. The Recruiter called me back and suggested that I apply for a job that is a step down in which I initially interviewed. That was very odd to me. I have my suspicions, however, I hope that my suspicions aren't true.

I'm sorry that your experience with us was anything less than positive. We strive to be very transparent in what we look for in a potential employee and make every effort to offer recommendations on other opportunities within our organization, and I apologize that your time with us didn't reflect this. We wish you the best in your job search. - Shannon Skalka, Director, Corporate Recruiting.
