I had a phone interview with the recruiter, which went on for 30 mins. She was confident that I would be a great fit for the role but said this position might require to be in NYC. She said she would get back to me the following Wednesday and it’s been now almost 3 weeks, no word, no email. #ghosted

Interview
I had a great introductory call with recruiter from the company and she even said that she thinks I'm a great fit and she told me I would hear back in a couple of days. After not hearing anything I followed up with her and she said her meeting got pushed back and she would keep me posted. That was two weeks ago and I have never heard anything back from her since.
