I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Angi (Kansas City, KS) in Jan 2021
Interview
Thorough and professional. Began with HR, progressed to panel interview with managers. Big focus on personality attributes e.g. competitiveness, etc. I've spent around 15 years of my professional career as a sales manager and have interviewed many candidates. The questions asked of me were consistent with those asked of professional sales people across industries.

Question 1
To describe my approach/philosophy on competitive situations.
Initial interview that seemed to mostly just ask confirming questions that were restatements of the job posting. It seemed like a screening call meant to just weed out people who had no idea what the job was and no tough questions.
Pretty straight forward interview process. First and final interview with hiring manager after the initial screening call. Standard interview questions along with a quick role play to see how you overcame objections. Received an offer but declined.

Question 1
Describe a time where you faced an objection and how you overcame it.
Very informal. They called over 30 minutes early and caught me off guard. Interview felt more like they were reading me a script than interviewing me. Overall it was an easy interview.

Question 1
We expect 130 calls a day. Is this something you could accomplish?
