I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Angi (Indianapolis, IN) in Jun 2014
Interview
Unfortunately, what I thought was going to be a great experience and ultimately an offer ended up taking 3 months with no offer. All the signs were there that I was going to get an offer. The HR person asked for my references and writing samples. He continued to tell me through the process that "I was the lead candidate and if it was up to him he would have already offered me the job." It was very disappointing.
Interview was very dry and the interviewer did not seem to understand what the role was about. They were asking for an individual to do all their marketing efforts and offered a significantly low salary. Was hard to hold the convo since the interviewer had little knowledge about the role

Interview
Very thorough questions and met a lot of smart people. Several rounds of interviews and everyone had a different set of questions to ask. It was a long day, but enjoyed the interactions.

There was a phone call with the Recruiting Coordinator. Then a phone call with the Hiring Manager. Then had a phone interview with the VP. Lastly, I was invited to meet the team and interview with them in-person. Some technical questions during the in-person interview.
