Had an initial screen with a recruiter and then met with the hiring manager. Following that interview I was given a homework assignment to complete - analysis on a company and a proposal/framework/approach for how to fix a problem. I believe the next step was to review the homework with a group panel. After submitting the homework assignment it took them 2+ weeks to send me back an automated reply thanking them for my application but that they had chosen a different candidate. They did not provide any feedback on the work I had done and the email came from a no-reply address
