First was 30 min phone interview , 2nd was a zoom meeting, approximately 75 min. Be ready to answer all the same awkward but expected sales interview questions, why you left your previous/current job, weaknesses, strengths, and 100% be ready to role play selling Angi (they’re aware you have zero experience selling Angi so it’s more about your general technique) followed up with constructive criticism. Make sure your WiFi signal is strong AF, if your connection starts to buffer/freeze they take it as a huge red flag that you may not have WiFi strong enough for the job. Mine did this once and it’s top notch so just be aware, maybe run a test zoom with friends first just as a quality check. Honestly tho, if you interview well this should be a breeze. Good words to drop and ideas to get across: competitiveness, not afraid to sell aggressively, creative strategizing on calls, they like it when you ask questions to create a need for the customer and seriously practice so you don’t fumble…you’re one of about 100 interviews that day and you’re DEFINITELY just a number on a screen to them so stand out and speak confidently and it’ll be like taking candy from a baby.
