I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Anheuser-Busch InBev (Kharagpur, West Bengal) in Aug 2018
Interview
It was more of a CV Grilling session.
The process started with a round of GD, in which several situations were presented to us and we had to answer based on that specific situation. This made the GD appear more of an interactive session than a discussion.
The PI round followed the GD, where each and every question was picked from your CV. Nothing in depth technical was asked, all technical questions came from the highlights in the CV which one should never lie about
Got selected but had a group discussion round, where the company person was not interested in listening. No one was selected from our group only because the company representative was not listening and was on her phone.
It consisted of Group Discussion round in which only girls had an edge. The next was another GD round followed by interview. The interview was asked on Supply Chain and some technical questions.
There is an aptitude test in which there are games, then there is gd round and then the is a group interview round. Gd and gi are in the same day. They don’t give a lot of time to prepare.
