Consisted of an assessment centre and a final panel. The assessment centre was in Leuven, Belgium which was sales pitch, business game based with an interview 1-1 on the end. The final panel was held in London, which was 3 candidates and 3 interviewers. The key was innovative ideas to pitch to CEO if you were given the opportunity.

Interview
First call with HR After call with manager and team partner previously working in the same position.
HR : attidute, behavior and motivation
Manager : Most of the questions were about the advertising platform they are going to use.
Wasn't too bad. I was thrown a case question that caught me off guard, but know the company and their brands. I had 2 industry guys interview me online, but their camera didn't work so it was me facing a black screen. This was a pipeline role. Mostly behavioral with follow up questions.
