I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Anheuser-Busch InBev (Ho Chi Minh City) in Dec 2019
Interview
The application process is similar to what has been mentioned on Glassdoor.
The most challenging and interesting rounds are the last two: Business Simulation and Panel Interview.
Business Simulation: really intense afternoon. The candidates were divided into groups with roles assigned (COO; CFO; CMO; CPO). Then you need to discuss with other team members to run a business. 4 rounds represented 4 quarters of the year. It is vital to explain your decisions with rationale.
Final Panel Interview: It was a really interesting interview with 7 senior leaders of the company. Each interviewer will ask all the candidates a question. Be yourself and confident as they are seeking the most suitable candidates, not the best ones.
Overall, it was a really long but interesting recruitment process.

Online assessments then an assessment centre in Belgium, if successful followed up with a final panel interview in Belgium, difficult but an interesting experience. Be prepared to try and stand out in a a large group.
