Anonymous Content Liability Claims Representative interview questions

I applied online and was sent an email to set up a phone interview the next day. The phone interview lasted about 30 minutes and I was called in to do an in-person interview. The interview consisted of a test, face to face interview, role play, and sitting with a liability claims representative to see what their job consists of.
