Interview process was slow. And mostly done on the basis on internal references. They refused me on the basis that that I more into research and the job itself needs lot of research.

It was fair, they asked us about our achievements and poroject with some knowledge about finance just to know the thought process following with some Hr questions. They were basically checking you awareness and communication skills.
