Interview
In Total 3 round will be there.
1st : Technical round. Questions would be more on domain knowledge.
2nd : Manager Round. Overall skills and communication. Business acumen would be judged.
3rd : Is the HR round, here your Compensation and benefits will be discussed and will check the purpose of joining the organization.

Question 1
Questions will relates to domain. Whichever field you have worked in, sourcing, procurement, finance so on. It was finance for me , so have to explain them accordingly.

Conducted in 3 rounds. The first round was with the vp and the hr head.
Second round was with the CMD, VP and the hr. Third round was with the CEO of the company
It was over the phone, i had a feeling that i am talking with an old friend. Very professional, friendly and enjoyable. I had to introduce myself and what I am currently doing.
Good questions, disorganized process; everyone was friendly; Thought it was taking too long in between contact points. zoom meetings, not in person. seems casual, more like a small start up than a large company
