Ansira Senior Systems Engineer interview questions

The interview process started with a phone interview with a Talent Acquisition Manager who seemed genuinely excited about my qualifications. Scheduled a Zoom meeting with the hiring manager for 1 week later. Come that second interview, I joined the Zoom call while no one from Ansira joined. I emailed the recruiter asked if maybe I got things wrong and all I got back was an email that stated "our hiring team reviewed your application and did not select it for further consideration."
