I applied online. I interviewed at Ansys (Penn, PA) in Jul 2016
Interview
A single day 3 round interview was prepped. A fatigue analysis interview, a non-linear analysis interview, and a general interview. Interview was fairly tough discussing all the concepts of fea and how I used stuff in my project.
The interview process was exceptionally smooth and welcoming. The atmosphere felt professional yet relaxed, making it a comfortable experience. The interviewer stood out for their respectful demeanor and remarkable patience, allowing me ample time to thoughtfully consider each question before responding. Their approach made the conversation flow naturally, contributing to what I would consider one of the best interviews I've ever experienced. The combination of a friendly environment and the interviewer's considerate attitude left a lasting positive impression.
Mostly technical stuff about the resume and I had a presentation ready about one of my projects which I think it helped. More detailes were asked on the projects on the resume.
One 30 minutes introductory and another 30 minutes more technical
I applied through college or university. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Ansys (Pune) in Sep 2023
Interview
First PPT was held, then we had to submit the resume after which students were shortlisted for the interview. I gave the interview on 25th September 2023 for internship. The interview was held in offline mode, in the college itself. It was a one on one interview.
