Interview
Telephonic interview which is very detailed and took up to 40 mins. Started with general questions and then progressed to technical questions mostly related to research. Nothing out of the ordinary.

Question 1
I was asked many questions related to research in CFD and technical work such as implicit and explicit approach. Some behavioral questions like how do you want to fulfill the job responsibility?
I applied through other source. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Ansys (Pune) in May 2025
Interview
It was a 2-round interview.
The first round was based on the basics of courses from chemical engineering, while the second round followed with questions about projects done and CFD basics.

Could you please provide more details about your master's thesis project?
Very thorough. Multiple steps. Based on job description and CV's details. Starts with an initial HR screening. Continues with a technical one. Continues with a second technical interview, similar to the first one. Ends with an offer or a rejection email.
The selection process begins with an online assessment designed to evaluate your technical skills. If successful, you proceed to two technical interviews with the hiring manager, followed by an HR interview. Upon clearing all rounds, you receive the offer.
