Unprofessional and confusing. I had 4 strong interviews with nothing but great feedback. I also had multiple positive references. After the last positive step, they ghosted me for over 3 weeks just to send me a generic email saying "no". No reasons or explanation. And nobody will call you back to give you an explanation. I've never experienced such unprofessionalism in my career,
L'azienda sembra anche funzionante e solida, in Italia poche persone, ma serve chiarire fin da subito le aspettative economiche per non perdere tempo. Richiesto un panel di presentazione per l'ultimo colloquio.
