Interview
The first step is initial screen. I talked to HR about myself, my past experience and my career goal. Then at the end of the initial screen, the HR asked my availability for the final interview. I selected the next day.
In the second interview, I talked to the team leader directly. I introduced my background. She asked some questions about FEM including how to make sure the FEA result is reliable (convergent). Very simple questions if you have background in FEA. Then she asked me which programming language I use. I got the offer 2 days later. The selection is highly competitive. I asked the team leader how many candidates are applying for this position and she said there are a lot and she is looking for only one candidate.
