Ansys Technical Account Manager interview questions

It was such a long process! It took 7+ month since I submitted my resume online. After 5 months, I got an email from hiring manager. He would like to set up an interview. Then he expedited the interview process in 3 weeks. One phone interview with him, HR and his boss. Then set up a presentation. And two persons for in-person interview plus four phone interviews. Then hiring manager mentioned I would hear back in 2 weeks. I made an inquiry two weeks later. He was still collecting the feedback. One month later, I got an automated system rejection from HR. I searched in linkedin and an internal employee was promoted to that position. I can not compete against that person. I just feel the organization is losing orientation even though a new CEO is taking over. They do not know how to compete with other competitors. Suggestion for the company: Please save the process and make it smoother. Otherwise, you would lose talents. Advice for job seekers: Unless you are really passionate for the position or company, please find other jobs.
