Fairly straightforward, first had to do an initial phone screening, a phone interview the next day and then an in person interview the following day. Basic questions about past experiences and qualifications. Fairly small company in newer office. Was called back for an additional in person interview but declined due to the immense amount of travel required for the job (50%+).
