First, I had a call with the recruiter asking me what technologies I've worked on followed by a short english conversation. I was asked for my salary expectation. Secondly, I had a meeting with the engineering manager for the team I was going to join, she asked me general questions about my career and how I would handle certain types of situations in the workplace, she answered my questions transparently.
After that I had a technical interview with a Staff Engineer and a Senior Developer, they asked me more specific questions about the tech stach I was applying for, and we had 30 min coding challenge (LeetCode style).
I got an offer but I wanted to see the posibility for a salary negotiation, but unfortunately got no response for several days. I reached out and they told me they already hired somebody else because they needed a quick hire.
The process was very straight forward and transparent.
