Anthology interview questions

First, I had a call with the recruiter asking me what technologies I've worked on followed by a short english conversation. I was asked for my salary expectation. Secondly, I had a meeting with the engineering manager for the team I was going to join, she asked me general questions about my career and how I would handle certain types of situations in the workplace, she answered my questions transparently. After that I had a technical interview with a Staff Engineer and a Senior Developer, they asked me more specific questions about the tech stach I was applying for, and we had 30 min coding challenge (LeetCode style). I got an offer but I wanted to see the posibility for a salary negotiation, but unfortunately got no response for several days. I reached out and they told me they already hired somebody else because they needed a quick hire. The process was very straight forward and transparent.

Very straightforward and fairly relaxed. Interview seemed pretty average in terms of difficulty. Hiring manager seemed transparent and was happy to answer questions and was welcoming in the interview process
