Anthropic Operations interview questions

Applied online, no referrals, extremely excited because I absolutely love Claude! Got an email to get book an interview time slot. The interviewer barely maintaining eye contact, seemed a bit distracted and the questions were so long. She wasn't even listening to what I was saying. I could tell it wasn't going particularly well. At the end she told me she doesn't think it would be a fit for the role. The interview process usually takes a month or 2 depending on the role. The full process as was explained to me was 1 screening interview with someone on the team, follow up screen interview with a recruiter, then a follow up with the hiring manager of the team, 5 loop interviews with other members of the team to determine cultural fit and if you know your stuff!
