Essay writing, Boolean search and HR discussion, they had given to research on 3 startup companies and asked to present it. again Boolean search..2-3 days i have wasted interview experience was hectic but challenging..they will try to demotivate you and prove you are not suitable, if not suitable reject directly why to waste time? after interview also Recruiter did not give feedback for a month, after so much of followup gave feedback....You might be free but candidates are not free to waste their time, learn to yes/no, quick & open feedback are always appreciated..

The interview coordination was good. The coordinator was helpful in making me comfortable and showing me around. I will tell my experience round-wise 1st Round - Written Test 2nd Round Technical -- They will ask skill based questions 3rd Sourcing Skills 4th Managerial Round- The managers were helpful and calm. They asked relevant job related questions. About my experience Now comes the much-awaited Final Round. I never expected a CEO to be ill-mannered, After all, you don't learn manners with success. 5th Round - CEO - Deepak Singh 1. Tell me your 5 achievements - Does anyone put numbers to achievements? How can I have precisely 5 achievements? 2. Some other irrelevant questions 3. No question was related to the job. I was thinking that after spending 1 day I must go through this hell. Finally, after 1 hour in which he was getting calls every 10 mins, the interview ended. Next day no feedback from them. The staff fears CEO to ask feedback such is the culture there. I got feedback after 5 days saying that I am not fit for their baby organization. P.S. - I have worked with multinationals and I am not fit for a classroom company Wasted my full day at Anzy Careers
