Three steps:
1. CV and experience review with two manages (face-to-face)
2. Half-day assessment centre comprising 3 activities: (a) role play where advise a 'client' on strategy based on information provided; (b) interview with a manager about competency and skills for the role; and (c) a GMAT-style maths test (5 questions to complete in 10 minutes) as well as a case study on how a supermarket could increase sales volume
3. Final round interview with a director, focussing on skills, motivation and 'ultural-fit'
