I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Aon in Jan 2017
Interview
The first step in the process was to do an online video interview. This is the first time that I had done an interview that was not either by phone or in person. Most of the questions were situation based or personality related. It was a very straight-forward interview.
Asked very normal interview questions. Some were behavioral and some were more situational (ex: what would you do if you had a disagreement with a boss). The interviewers were very nice and interesting.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Aon
Interview
Awesome. It was a conversation. Never felt like an interview.
Process itself was pretty streamlined. I had a telephone interview followed by 5, 30 min interviews with the team. The interviewees ranged from junior team members to senior VP and included people from both actuarial and non actuarial tracks.
First there was an application online which was not difficult. Then a primary video interview through a computer system (no live person). Final round was a series of 4/5 interviews with different team members.
