Interview
Number of forms, followed by a numerical test (harder than most, GCSE maths, timed but recommended time was 40 minutes to and hour!) and finally a video interview (focused on achievements, motivation for application)
Extremely long and virtual interview, didn't feel much respect in it.
last 2 - 3 hours, only you answer their questions, and the questions were evaluated by ai, so, good luck on flatter and showoff facing an ai.

6 Stage process: from maths tests to interviews, this interview process has a small likelihood of succeeding. However, the people you come across are all very welcoming if/ when you get to those stages.
