Three interviews, all in the London office for the Strategy Associate role of the AON Inpoint Business. Overall, the interview process was speedy and well organised. However, once this was over, the recruitment team took two months to provide feedback - I sent a number of emails and tried calling for a response, only to see the job reposted online . I managed to get through to them and they provided very minimal feedback, and offered me an alternate role which would, however, pay "a lot less money". I respectfully declined as I found this extremely unprofessional, especially after having entered the final stage of the interview. I would avoid this role overall - the recruitment team have no respect for the candidates.
