Three rounds: first met with a manager, second interview with a director and a manager and third with a partner. They ask whether you see yourself more data-oriented or people-oriented. Last round lasted about fifteen minutes only.

HR Screening round for a batch of 12-14 people. They also ask for Psychometric test post. After a long wait there was a panel discussion with 2 service managers and next day was asked to appear for final round with delivery head.
