Aon Jr Analyst interview questions

First there was a screening round after which there was a 2 hour test then there was an interview with manager and I was not selected for this interview and then again I was called for another same post they took interview for 20 min and after few days they called me again for the interview and cancelled half an hour before and I had to return to place and never called me again without even telling the me result.
