Contacted stating they were pleased with my resume, asked me participate in a typing test. Once the typing test was completed and they liked the results then received an invitation to a webex interview with 2 people, one behind the other. The interview lasted for an hour. The questions were pretty standard and then provided they provided more information about the company. Now I wait for an update
I applied online. I interviewed at Aon (Lincolnshire, IL)
Interview
I applied online and heard back from them the next day. I had to do a video interview through Hirevue. The questions through hirevue were situational/behavioral type questions. I then got a call a couple weeks later. I was sent an excel and microsoft online assessment. I was told that if I scored well on the assessment then I would be offered an in person interview. I was offered the interview a week after I completed the assessment. The in person interview consisted of situational questions, these questions were a bit more difficult than the hirevue questions.
