Aon Training Manager interview questions

Applied directly, had an interview set up via email. No initial screening conversation to see if the role was right for me or i was right for it. The interview was done remotely, pretty standard format. I am however still waiting to hear the outcome.......... over a year later! I guess I wasn't successful.
