Interview
I gave a 5 minute phone interview, which was scheduled online, super easy!
Matt called me right on time, very punctual! He was very kind and nice, easy to talk to.
He asked me a couple questions and asked me what are my salary expectations?
I asked for 17/hr, but I was only offered 12-13/hr which was very low. So I asked if it can be hiked If I don't get the benefits. I was been told there would not be much of a difference.
And hence I rejected the further interview process.
Thank you for the feedback! Sorry to hear that the compensation did not fall under your requirements. That role is pretty entry level and will lead you into a strong customer facing career path with the right development and growth! Interview
I interviewed today one on one with one of the managers. I feel it went well, although i didn’t get a tour so maybe that’s a no-go, but she did say she would reach out to me within two days through email. She was really nice.
