What should have been a standard interview process of a few weeks has instead stretched into months as the company continues to struggle with basic internal coordination. My experience was defined by a complete lack of respect for a candidate's time; 50% of the scheduled interviewers either cancelled at the last minute or simply no-showed to the interview entirely, causing unnecessary delays and significant stress.
As the interviewee, I was forced to send multiple emails for status updates after weeks of no communication. While I would eventually receive an apology and a promise for an update by a specific date, those deadlines were consistently ignored. To top off the unprofessionalism, the company reposted the job while I was still waiting for the feedback they promised. If this interview process is any indication of how the company is run, it is a massive red flag to any applicant and clearly indicative of deep internal ineffectiveness and poor communication. I would strongly advise others to consider the significant time investment and lack of professional courtesy before engaging with their hiring team.
