Interview
I applied on Indeed. After reaching out to me, I completed 3 interviews with the company. The first was a short phone call with the hiring manager (Claire) to discuss my employment history. The second with another manager to go a bit more in depth into the job responsibilities. Lastly, I had a two-hour interview (30 min increments with 4 people). They were absolutely amazing throughout the whole process (which took less than a month from application to hire!). Claire called me before and after the longer interview to help me prep for their questions and to debrief/make an offer. They allowed me the weekend to consider other opportunities, but it was a no brainer after how wonderful everyone at AppFolio has been.

Longer interview was split into 30 minute increments with four people. Each person had their own topics (time management, customer service, communication, feedback).
