Interview
The interview process was clearly laid out. The first round was with a recruiter asking basic introductory questions, the second round was with the hiring manager who did a career summary-type interview, and the third was with three potential colleagues who asked behavioral questions.

The hiring manager interview reviewed my career history and asked questions like what were my main responsibilities, what I was most proud of, what would my manager say I did well, what would my manager say I need to improve, why did I leave, etc. for each position I've had.
