The interview process consisted of a brief phone screening, an in-person interview and a follow-up phone call. The in-person interview took up an entire day, but was a thorough candidate screening. It involved a section on your character (interests, successes, challenges, etc) and another that was analytical. Both sections were enjoyable. After the first two sections, AppNexus provides you with lunch and then sets you up with your team if you pass the first half of the day. The team will want to get to know you and figure out what your skills are. They will tell you all about AppNexus/the job and answer any questions you may have.
The entire day of in-person interviews was managed very well. Each interviewer was prepared, timely, and efficient. Overall, the whole day was well organized.
