Strange, borderline offensive interview process. Phone interview, skills test, second phone interview all went fine. Then they called me in for an in-person interview where we whiteboarded for five hours. None of the questions were the type you would expect from such an exercise, instead they were real world business questions that their team hadn't already solved. I outlined a solution identical to what they were already doing and they seemed disappointed. In other words they expected me to come in cold and best their entire engineering and data science team with nothing more than a white board marker.
They also tried to low ball me on salary. When they called me back for another four hours of whiteboarding I told them "Thanks, but no thanks."
