Skype interviews instead of phone. Relaxed conversations, and they make you feel at ease. In person interviews were tiring as the interviews extended up to 4 to 5 hours. Was asked to facilitate a sprint retrospective meeting and a backlog grooming session.

Amazing, but intense! There were a few phone interviews and one video interview before I was asked to come into the office for a four hour in person interview. I appreciated this greatly due to the fact I was located 3+ hours away from the office at the time of interviewing. The in person interview was amazing! I spoke with five different individuals whom all had different types of questions and concerns. Lunch was provided and all expenses for traveling reimbursed. I left energized and feeling extremely positive about the entire event.
