Interview
I first had an interview over the phone that was only behavioral questions and was really more of a conversation than an interview. Then, they called me in for an in person interview. The in-person interview consisted of mostly behavioral questions, some basic accounting questions, and an online excel test. For excel test, they tested me on basic excel functions like vlookup, sort, and pivot tables. It was a very basic interview.

Walk me through your resume. What are your strengths/weaknesses? Is revenue a DR or CR balance?
The first round of the interview was a phone interview. It was only about 15 minutes long. I was asked questions about my resume, the accounting courses I was taking at the time, and any other experience I had through college that I could apply to the job.
