Appian Lead Software Engineer interview questions

A recruiter reached me via LinkedIn and I blocked the initial 15 minutes call on another recruiter's calendar. After the initial discussion with HR, which was very interesting, he scheduled the first technical discussion. After couple of quick phone calls we agreed on the good time which worked both me and my interviewer. Technical Discussion 1: 1) Some details around Appian's product and team in general 2) Some quick leadership principals questions 3) 15 Minutes for coding, Where code was given. One had to find the list of values after iterating the hashmap entries. Overall it was a great discussion. Most surprising and unusual part is: I didn't hear back from HR even after multiple text messages and phone calls. This makes me feel dizzy about the company in general where HR doesn't bother to convey the feedback to the candidates.
