Apple ML Engineer interview questions

Very routine interview. Was asked to pick a relevant paper of my choice and explain/answer specific questions about it. The interviewer asked in depth questions from the paper and seemed like they had a deep understanding of the technical material. Pleasant experience overall. This was the first round. Heard back in a couple of weeks for the next rounds. Also was asked behavioral questions.

A phone call interview for a contractor position. Just with a non-technical recruiter, don't think she understood the field very well. After the initial interview was ghosted for a month before having another interview which I didn't hear back from.
