He asked me 4 questions then said I had to come back for a secind interview. It was alot for a 12 dollar an hour position. He said there were other candidates to look at even though 3 cooks quit that day

What will I do to help FOH staff and BOH staff relationships?
On the spot interview, manager checked if I knew how to cook and made sure if I knew kitchen safety. They had other cooks train me as well who also made sure I can cook
Good process, smooth as well. Very organized and the managers were great. Did not last to long about 30 minutes. Provided snacks. Said process should be a week long included from interview to signing
