Interview
The first interview is normally a one-on-one, in-person event. Remote positions or candidates who reside outside of the area, but have indicated a willingness to relocate may have their first interview conducted by phone or by video conference utilizing programs such as Skype or Google Hangouts.
The hiring manager is usually the only one present during this step in the process. They will ask the applicant more basic questions regarding:

Tell me about some of your greatest strengths and weaknesses.
easy, asked basic questions about previous management experience and some behavioral questions. they also asked a math question, not sure why but they did. got the job within the week after applying to a job board posting
It was so fun. They asked us to get apples, fresh from the farm and make fresh pressed apple juice out of it. It was actually pretty fun and one of the best interviews ever!
There is about one round of interview onsite in the store. After 30-45 mins, you'll then know the result immediately. You'll have to provide references with a list that they might contact
