I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Applebee's in Mar 2011
Interview
Quick short to the point, what they don't tell you if how much of your life you will need to put in to get nothing out of it. Share your interview experience insights with job seekers so that they can know what to expect from the hiring process.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Applebee's (Everett, WA)
Interview
Basic. There isn’t too much to say about this. It was generic general questions about my skills. As I’ve said, not too much to say. But this screen is asking me to say more. I haven’t advice to give.
The process was quick and covered what you would expect to hear during an interview. Sales, leadership, training, what things were expected from the higher ups, etc. There was only one interview.

I applied online. I interviewed at Applebee's (New London, CT) in May 2017
Interview
Very informal process, had about five tiers to it. Going from a phone interview twice, to an in person interview, then an interview with the general manager, followed by a restaurant visit.
