Applied Engineering Inc. interview questions

Interviewed with hr first via phone. Pleasant experience. Next step met with hiring manager at a coffee shop. Went very well. Covered a wide variety of topics. Next step was a phone interview with the hiring manager's boss. That was more difficult. Didn't hit it off so well. After that, a wall of silence descended. Two weeks passed before I got word from the recruiter that I didn't get the job

Initial phone interview, followed by 2 Skype interviews. Still waiting to hear back nearly 2 months after initially applying. The interviewing was easy but the feel of the interviews were very impersonal and they didn't seem very well organized.
