Very unprofessional, rushed, and disorganized. First they rescheduled the night before and then the recruiter was ten minutes with no explanation on the new date. Finally she texts me from her personal(?) phone saying "hey its [name] running a few minutes late" in a very informal manner. Then she was really rushed throughout the interview and didn't bother asking me a single question before sending me a generic rejection template the next day. Needless to say, I did not get a good impression.
