Aptean Associate Recruiter interview questions

The phone interview felt very chaotic and rushed. The person I spoke to gave only a brief overview of the position before moving on and asking if I had any questions. I was only asked two questions about myself. The salary listed had a very wide range. The actually amount being offered was the lowest listed and I was told there really want any room to negotiate.
