Aptean Customer Service Associate interview questions

The interview process had three stages. The first round was a Group Discussion where communication skills were assessed. The second round was an in-person interview focused on customer service scenarios. The final round was a psychometric test to evaluate personality and work style. After completing these rounds if you performed, you'll get an offer.
