Interview
Series of 1-hour discussions with recruiter, immediate supervisor, VP & advisor from a different team. Interviews were spread out over 3 weeks and done completely over Microsoft Teams, as this position would be remote optional. The recruiter was attentive and easily accessible during the interview process, however she later ghosted me after the 4th round. In hindsight it seemed they were just testing the waters for applicants and not intending to hire.

Questions were primarily about familiarity with their solutions and/or competing solutions in the industry, my personal experience with product-led growth strategies, and thoughts on how to approach at a high level.
Recently interviewed with Aptean for a Project Management role. Individual who I spoke to was nice and respectful. Gave good feedback about job, but a little frustrated I have not heard back from anyone. Communication has been challenging throughout the entire process

What was one thing you would like to know about the company?
Three rounds of interviews about 45 minutes long and through a video call. All interviewers presented the company well and we’re interested in me as an employee and cultural fit.
