Aptiv interview questions

This company demonstrated a disappointing level of unprofessionalism. A recruiter contacted me 2.5 months after I applied and stated I was the most qualified candidate, yet failed to screen for a critical requirement that was not listed in the job posting. Had this requirement been disclosed, I would not have applied. During the interview, the VP immediately noted I lacked this "required" experience, something that would have been clear, had he read my resume beforehand. The lack of preparation and disregard for candidates' time was evident and unacceptable for a role at this level.
