There are four rounds of interviews. First is an automated technical assessment that must be completed before you talk with anyone, then a 30 minute culture fit interview with the hiring manager. Next there is a system design interview with a couple of engineers, and finally an on-site interview. The process breaks down at the system design interview. I was told that this interview was open ended and could go in any direction, but as the interview continued a lot of it was spend trying to get me to come up with a very specific solution. After I was coached to that solution the company ghosted me, and reposted the position.
